Nigeria midfielder Tom Dele-Bashiru has signed a contract extension at Sky Bet Championship club Watford.
Dele-Bashiru penned a new three-year contract with the Hornets.
The former Flying Eagles playmaker’s previous contract was due to expire in 2025.
The new contract will now see him remain at the Vicarage Road until 2028.

The 24-year-old linked up with Watford from Manchester City in 2019.
Injury had largely disrupted his time at Watford before last season.
Dele-Bashiru featured regularly for the London club in the 2023/24 season, first under Valerien Ismael and then Tom Cleverley.
The former Reading player made 38 appearances with four goals to his name.
He is now back in pre-season training at Watford, who will open the new season at Millwall on August 10.

If this boy should get a regular and consistent run of games and good numbers to show for it this season, the NFF had better extend invitations to him to shore up the attacking side of our midfield instead of pursuing lost causes like Eze and Olise
The guy is good. Him and Nnamdi Oforboh. They marshalled the U20 midfield that year 2019.
Ndidi is a spent force more like Mikel with only sideways backward passes. They don’t want contact even though Mikel was well trained in the act of SHIELDING the ball excellently.
Nnamdi get well o in Jesus name, the hustler and combative midfielder.
Yes, Ndidi is more of a liability in SE midfield and should retire for the likes of Dele Bashiru and Raphael Onyedika.
