Oshoala should operate from the left wing in place of Toni payne who doesn’t know how to shoot. Okoronkwo should never be benched for any reason or at worst play Kanu upfront. Stop playing Okeke at lb she’s good at CB or better still play Nicole at Lb or Alozie. This coach is an idiot sorry to say because he doesn’t use his brain or he’s intentionally sabotaging our football.

Exactly my take after watching how all ur performed pretty well toward the end of our match vs Brazil from that LB, play her from the LB and start Nicole jr from the RB.
We better make use of our chances and at least win this match, now that Canada might be ruled out due to 6pts deduction which simply means the group A won’t have any 3rd place finish.
Right now any win that give us 3pts would possibly see us through to the last 8.

It’s funny this days as say the word, sabotaging our football.I truly laughed.Anyway let’s see how it goes.Lets wish the Super falcons well against Japan.Hope they’re not going to play with defensive football today. If they do Randy Waldrum should be sacked whether we win or we lose.We need a Coach that believe in the team abilities going forward by attacking and playing attractive football irrespective of who Nigeria is playing at the moment. We can’t get it right who doesn’t have a winning mindset and believe about Nigeria chance to compete with the best.If he does that funny defensive football he will follow Jose Peseiro to the exit door.God Bless Nigeria.God Bless Super falcons. We’re behind you.

This girls lack intelligence and they can’t compete. This is too sad to watch. How do you expect to win if you cannot create chances? They can’t even complete accurate passes. So disjointed.

How come they don’t seem to “lack intelligence and they can’t compete” at their clubsides? Sadly, a poor workman blames his tools.

A match the Super Falcons want to win against Japan and they are 2 goals down within 30 minutes of first half. This is disgraceful! They can’t even score goals, no matter the opposition- what’s going on with Nigerian football at all cadre?

Why does Waldrum keep fielding Okeke? She doesn’t know the game plan, looks confused most of the time, misplaces passes, and is the weak link in all the matches.

Plus our girls are just comparatively heavy. Not nimble. Not fast. Attack is blunt.

      Disappointed is an understatement.

I’ve never been a fan of the ultra-defensive approach to matches. Watching our opponents dictate the pace while we sit back and absorb the pressure is like signing up for a stress test. It’s great for fans who love sitting on the edge of their seats, sweating bullets, and experiencing heart palpitations with every opponent’s attack. But for me, it’s a NO!

While our opponents look like ballet dancers with their elegant moves, we look like clumsy construction workers—jumping, blocking, sliding, and kicking just to prevent goals. It’s not my thing, and I’ve hated this style of play ever since Mourinho turned it into an art form, even as a long-suffering Chelsea fan.

Sadly, Waldrum has decided to drag the Super Falcons down this same dreary path, turning our players into a bunch of brawlers instead of a sleek, efficient machine. With Ayinde and Plumptre, the two linchpins of this strategy, missing, Waldrum should have tried to make the team more adventurous and daring. But let’s face it, the only thing this team does well is defend. They struggle with holding possession, creating chances, and scoring goals. We’re not going anywhere with that.

If Waldrum wants to stick around, he needs to fix this fast. Otherwise, we’ll just keep showing up to tournaments with nothing to show for it except higher blood pressure and frayed nerves.

It took me only few minutes of watching that Payne younger sisters introduction to the match against Brazil to easily know she gat be starting ahead of that okeke girl, but the dullard of a coach sticked with her, plus it would be good if the yeye agba bolla or what’s that her name just retire from NT football henceforth, like who even gave her that name? Stop blaming Okeke it’s like playing Rudiger at left back when we all know he’s Ann excellent Centre Back. The coach is just pathetic like his employees. I pray we don’t concede 7 goals Ajibade will even make a better coach, no wonder he couldn’t even win WAFCON yet one idiot will continue saying sack him and no more Olympics. Now he’s no where to be found lol inferiority complex at its peak Dr egungu!!!

If you have played football before you’ll understand that it takes a lot to adapt with such demand. She’s known for being a great CB and never seen her as lb most especially when we have better options for that position. That’s by the way coz we’re coming home and I hope they’ll join the protest for change.

@Onwajunior, abegi don’t blame Okeke. Many players become more tentative and less instinctive when playing in a “un-natural” position. We have Glory Ogbonna and Rofiat Imuran, but choose to “shoe-horn” the right-footed Okeke into the position. E don cast nah! SMH

Age grade football, we play attacking football.. We take the the game to out opponents, but when it comes to senior teams.. Defensive.. Just look at third goal by the Japanese, can we do that? Set piece.. Boom goal.. The coach has made us compact only.. Scoring goal has been an issue.. Rinse and repeat again.

      My other observations.

      – The team loses idea when building from the back.

      – No synergy or telepathy in the attack. It’s mostly individual plays

      – As brilliant as Nnadozie is, she’s slightly heavy in this competition

When Ayinde got injured Waldrum was so stupid to invite Onumonu when we were deficient in the middle. I’m kinda like at a crossroad if he is to stay or go but I can’t lie he improved our women football and convinced some quality to switch to Nigeria.

So despite 6pts and 6goals deduction, Canada still qualify as second in there group while our own skit makers ladies can’t even draw a single game. When all they eat breakfast, lunch and dinner are starchy food, eba, rice, amala, akpu and the likes why won’t they be running like
Pregnant ladies everywhere shiooo, all bigger countries with even lesser population than use have already winning medals up and down, but we na to just go to Olympic to

Meanwhile, what was the point in selecting CHINONYEREM MCLEANS?!

A player who didn’t play in any of the qualifiers nor has even played with the squad for any significant amount of time (except for a basically cameo role at 2022 WAFCON) – and ended up not playing a second at this Olympics while taking up otherwise valuable space in a small competition squad.

If such a BIZARRE selection had been made by an indigenous coach, pretty certain the Randy Worshippers would have simply lost their collective rags and would have been driveling on about ‘marketing’ and corruption’. SMH
