Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has praised Cristiano Ronaldo for raising the name of the country to the highest level.
He made this known on the backdrop of his impressive goal record, where he netted his 900th goal against Croatia in a Nations League game.
Speaking after the game, Fernandes stated that he was delighted with Ronaldo’s stunning record.

“In addition to being Cristiano, he raises the name of our nation to the highest levels as he has done in all these years, and this is another record, another normality in his life.”
